Montagnana might be one of the Veneto’s cities off the beaten path but to us Montagnana is no secret especially for Venetian food lovers. This small medieval town, in the province of Padua, lies among the plain between the Berican and Euganeau hills making it the perfect environment, alongside other nearby towns, to produce the Prosciutto Veneto Berico-Euganeo DOP, a delicious dry-cured, seasoned raw ham.
